Catalog and app unavailable within some libraries

The SWAN Aspen Discovery catalog hosted with ByWater Solutions has an ongoing DDoS attack which will degrade its performance. The security measures to prevent this has resulted in ISP carriers used by patrons and libraries from being blocked. Please read the updates below for the latest instructions we have on how to assist patrons with diagnosing the issue if they report being blocked.

If your library is not able to access the catalog from within your library, please submit a ticket.
