ILL Boot Camp is offered as a 7-part series of workshops to cover the basics of using OCLC WorldShare ILL to request and lend materials outside of SWAN.
The sessions will cover daily tasks, review configuration settings, and provide the basics of lending and borrowing. They are intended as a quick start for new staff working with interlibrary loan beyond SWAN libraries, as well as a reminder for those wanting a refresher.
Session 1: Basics of WorldShare ILL This session covers how to get connected to WorldShare ILL, navigate the WorldShare ILL home page and queues, and the lifecycle of an interlibrary loan request.
Session 2: Borrowing in WorldShare ILL In the second session of the series, we look more closely at the process of placing requests (borrowing) in WorldShare ILL.
