*Resolved* SirsiDynix BLUEcloud Outage on 9/14/2021

SirsiDynix is reporting intermittent outages of their BLUEcloud server host this morning, affecting access to many of SWAN's BLUEcloud products. The following services may be inaccessible while SirsiDynix investigates this issue:

  • Enterprise and WorkFlows credit card payment services
  • BLUEcloud Central
    • BLUEcloud Circulation
    • BLUEcloud Cataloging
    • BLUEcloud Acquisitions
  • BLUEcloud Analytics
    • Delivery of scheduled BLUEcloud Analytics reports
  • BLUEcloud Mobile App (patron-facing)
  • BLUEcloud Mobile Staff (aka BLUEcloud MobileCirc)

This outage does not affect access to Enterprise, WorkFlows, or Aspen..

SirsiDynix is reporting that all issues with their North American BLUEcloud host have been resolved.

While BLUEcloud services have been restored, the BLUEcloud Mobile App continues to experience login issues. This is being tracked in a separate Known Issue.
