*RESOLVED* Error Changing Status when Approving BLUEcloud Acquisitions Orders

Following the Web Services 6.2.1 upgrade early 10/6/21, we have encountered an issue where orders in BLUEcloud Acquisitions cannot be approved because titles cannot be created in the catalog. 

We have reported this issue to SirsiDynix and hope to have a resolution soon.
