We have received reports of SWAN Notice Dialer calls being received outside the assigned calling hours (10:30AM to 7:30PM), some quite late last night. We have confirmed this did occur and and has only affected a handful of patrons with a Notice Preference of PHONE. We are in contact with Unique Management Services, our provider for this service, to determine the cause of this error and how to prevent it from occurring again.
