*Resolved* SWAN Notice Dialer Calls Outside of Calling Hours

We have received reports of SWAN Notice Dialer calls being received outside the assigned calling hours (10:30AM to 7:30PM), some quite late last night. We have confirmed this did occur and and has only affected a handful of patrons with a Notice Preference of PHONE. We are in contact with Unique Management Services, our provider for this service, to determine the cause of this error and how to prevent it from occurring again.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused your patrons and we will update this issue as we have more information.

Unique Management Services determined that the issue resulted from a misconfiguration of the calling hours in addition to an error that occurred on the server on October 7th. They have made the necessary corrections to ensure calling hours observe a hard stop at 7:30PM nightly.
