RESOLVED Issue With SIP2 Connections

The issue has been resolved, SIP2 connections are back online. Systems should reconnect automatically; please send an email to the SWAN ticketing system if you have any issues connecting.

We are investigating an issue with our SIP2 connections, the following services may not be available for your library:

  • Self-Check
  • Computer Scheduling
  • Material Handlers / Sorters
  • Overdrive, Axis360, Hoopla, and some database vendors

You can review our Supported Third-Party Vendors to see if your vendor is included in this issue. We will update this issue as we have more information.
