We have not experienced any further outages with our VPN service; the mitigations put in place appear to have resolved this issue. Please contact us if you have any connectivity issues.

We have identified the cause of yesterday's outages as a vendor known bug in our firewall's VPN service. Several mitigations have been applied to reduce the chance of recurrence, but we will continue to monitor the situation. We appreciate your patience.
