RESOLVED: SWAN Support Ticketing System Not Accepting Emails

Issue

We have resolved the issue that was preventing emails from reaching our ticketing system. Emails to the SWAN ticketing system are once again being received and processed.
While we have been manually sending emails to the ticketing system, it's possible that one or two slipped through the cracks. If you've submitted a ticket in the last 24 hours and have not received a response, please resubmit your ticket.


Tickets are not currently being created by emails sent to the SWAN ticketing system. Tickets are being created when you login to the SWAN Help Desk however the email reply function is not working. If you need to open a ticket please login to the SWAN Help Desk to create a ticket and check for replies. If you need immediate assistance you can call us at 844-SWANLIB (844-792-6542).
