We are experiencing issues with bot traffic spamming our Aspen servers.
Our support provider, Bywater Solutions, is working on a longer term solution to address this issue, but for now they are blocking bot traffic as it comes in. As a result, we are seeing brief periods of intermittent downtime throughout the day.
Please open a ticket if you see the catalog down for 5 minutes or more.
