Baker & Taylor is experiencing an outage that is impacting services. SWAN has responded by disabling and disconnecting library services for the following:
- Axis 360 - down & Aspen circulation unavailable
- eResource Central integration with BLUEcloud Mobile - disabled by SirsiDynix Support
- SIP2 & Z39.50 access - disabled by SWAN
- B&T support portal - down
- TitleSource 360 - down
- EDI File Retrieval - disabled by SWAN for B&T vendors only

Baker & Taylor is having system-wide issues that are affecting all customers. This weekend, Baker & Taylor experienced a network incident that is impacting systems and applications across Baker & Taylor. While this incident was isolated, out of an abundance of caution, we brought down customer-facing services. Several systems are affected including EDI ordering and Title Source 360. We are working to verify and bring these services back online as quickly as possible. We will provide additional updates as our status changes. Please pass this along to all team members.
