Mark your calendars! Our Aspen instance is migrating to a new server to provide better performance and stability for our catalog. The catalog will be in maintenance mode from 7 p.m. Sunday, January 15th until the migration is complete Monday, January 16th. We anticipate the migration should be complete by 11 a.m.
During this time, the catalog will still be available to search, but My Account features and admin features for staff will not be available.
SWAN will post a maintenance alert banner in the catalogs for all libraries.
During the migration, you will be able to:
- Search the Aspen catalog
- View current item statuses (e.g. on shelf, checked out, etc.)
You will not be able to:
- Log in
- Access My Account
- Place holds, as a patron or as staff through masquerade mode
- Perform any Aspen Administration functions, such as creating browse categories
Please note that this migration will not impact Symphony WorkFlows, MobileStaff, BLUEcloud Staff, or BLUEcloud Mobile. Staff can continue to assist patrons through WorkFlows and patrons can place holds via the BLUEcloud Mobile app.
