Hoopla made a change to their authentication service early this afternoon, which caused an incompatibility with SWAN's configuration, effectively preventing users from logging in.
We have made the required change to our authentication configuration, however, this change will not be live until our nightly maintenance processes run.
We anticipate resolution of this issue by midnight tonight (5/7/19)

Hoopla will be working to roll back these changes to their previous setting (no PIN requirement), and we expect all authentication to be functioning as expected with changes applied overnight. |
