App Slowness & Syndetics book covers not displaying

We are currently experiencing slowness when loading and logging into the BLUEcloud Mobile App.  Our Membership has also reported "Cannot connect to server" error messages when trying to login.  In addition, book carousels are not displaying Syndetics book cover art.  

We have opened a case with SirsiDynix and are looking to resolve these issues quickly.
