In March, SWAN will be migrating to a new ticket and help desk system. Member staff will still be able to submit tickets via e-mail, but the platform offers a user interface to browse our service catalog, create tickets, link to documentation, and track open tickets.This short session will be an opportunity to get acquainted with the new interface before we launch in March. The session will be identical to the one offered on Wednesday, February 26th. If you cannot attend either session, we will be posting a recorded version to our support site training page that you can watch at your leisure.
