The Web Services upgrade has concluded successfully and required less than one hour of downtime.
If you encounter any issues with 3rd party tools integrated over Symphony Web Services, please let us know. Tools potentially impacted include the services noted below.

Mark your calendars – we’ve scheduled an upgrade to our Symphony Web Services after-hours on Wednesday, October 6th between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m.
This upgrade will require downtime of Symphony Web Services, which will impact the following services during that time:

OPAC:
- Aspen & Enterprise My Account functions
- Aspen & Enterprise holds
- Enterprise payment services
- Enterprise item availability statuses
- SWAN App (BLUEcloud Mobile App)
- MobileCirc/Mobile Staff
- BLUEcloud Central, Circ, Cat, Acq

3rd Party Vendor Integrations:
- Communico
- Demco
- Quipu
- Springshare
- Capira
- Kanopy
- Plymouth Rocket
- Patron Point
- OpenAthens (and associated reference tools)
Please note that Symphony WorkFlows will not be impacted by this outage and Offline mode will not be necessary. Additionally, Enterprise and Aspen will be accessible but with limited functionality as noted.
We'll submit a status update to this news post on Wednesday morning after the upgrade has concluded.
