These are powered by Aspen, looking at records that match the following criteria, in order of importance:
- subject facet
- topic facet
- awards facet
- author
- era
- genre
- geographic facet
- mpaa_rating
- audience
- accelerated_reader_interest_level
Recommended for you
These appear based on titles the patron has rated (using the star ratings for titles) under Recommended For You in My Account. Patrons that have not rated any items will not see recommendations.
While you wait
When a patron places a hold, they will see While You Wait recommendations that appear after you place a hold. Aspen looks at item availability and applies logic similar to the You Might Also Like recommendations to find on shelf titles to recommend to the patron.
Detailed display
When you click into a grouped record or individual record, you will see more details about the title or record. This display will show recommendations from Novelist Select.
