Pre-Cat Templates

Using the Duplicate Title wizard

1. Duplicate SWAN's templates and save them with your library's initials. For example, if you want to copy SWAN's template for AUDIOBOOK, open the Duplicate Title wizard and search for "SWS Template" in Title AND General Keyword index. This search will display all SWS templates.
2. Find the template and click Duplicate, 
3. Replace the SWS with your library's initials and save it.
4. Edit the 946 signature tag to reflect your library's initials.

You can also search for "SWS template audiobook" for a filtered search. 

1. When you are ready to use your saved template to add a new title to the catalog, follow the same steps.
   1. Open the Duplicate Title wizard, and search for your template.
   2. Click Duplicate.
2. Type over your NEW information. Add/edit other fields as necessary.
3. Save.  

Please note that the delimited fields can be typed over, so you may have to put them back.
